Who’s the head in the headshot? - Anthea Watson Strong

Anthea attended out Headshot event in January 2023 and these are images we captured.

Anthea is a product leader in the consumer tech space. She builds products that marry civics with tech, such as President Obama's campaign tech stack, Google's election features or the Facebook News tab. She’s currently a Senior Product Leader at Meta. In her spare time, she likes to make cakes.

We asked her a few questions in her post-shoot survey.

If you were arrested with no explanation, what would your friends and family assume you had done?
They would probably assume I was arrested for a collective action against corporate or governmental power. Every time I've been arrested it was at a protest.

What would be the funniest thing you could say while passing a stranger on the street?
Two hedgehogs are in the middle of the road and they're by a zebra crossing. One says, "Don't cross here!" The other one says, "Why not?" The first one says, "Look what happened to this zebra!"

What would be the coolest animal to scale up to the size of a horse?
Octopus

What movie completely changes its plot when you change one letter in its title?
Pilates of the Caribbean
